Cancellation Policy

All sessions for the month must be booked in advance within 24 hours of payment. You should select the same time and weekday for 4 weeks in a row when booking. If you need to change times upon the next billing cycle that is ok, but please keep your time the same per billing cycle to make it easier for other students. Please contact me within 24 hours after payment if you are having difficulties with booking so that I can help you get your lessons booked and confirmed. I will contact you if your lessons have not been scheduled for 4 consecutive weeks within 24 hours of payment to get your lessons on the calendar. I will send you a contract to review and sign within 48 hours of completed payment. This must be signed and returned prior to the start of your first lesson.
